Feedback after completing the Bestiary league

+~0.8 (read it all too)
No wonder it's lost, it's in the middle of the jungle!
Well-written feedback, and I expect GGG will think so too.

But. Where they consistently err is in priority allocation, and they will err here too as well. So unfortunately I agree with the gist of what you said:

Many of the problems will persist much longer than they should, due to prioritization of the new and neglect of the old. This sad duet has become remarkably consistent over the past three years.
Wash your hands, Exile!

And after that the new beast just replaces the lowest level(?) stored beast without any warnings, or simply goes to waste if all stored beasts are higher level. This is bad!
Show a message about it, and don't auto-replace anything.

Oof, no thank you.

The last thing I want to do in the heat of battle is stop and think "do I actually want this beast?" And if I do, port out of the map (lol) and clear space in my menagerie to catch it.

Unless they're farming for a specific recipe, I don't think most people really care what rare bestiary mobs they throw their nets at, they just check their menagerie after every few map runs to see if they can craft anything good with their new beasts.

Solid feedback, too bad the frustration got better of the author at the end. There are few paragraphs in the text that are just speculations where it is clear that rather than clear observation were used, it was the feeling of frustration that dictated such text.

Lost of valid points, especially about Bestiary mechanics, with some nice suggestions how to improve or fix those pain points.

I wish I could do as well as the OP, but my frustration would lead to far too much profanity.

Don't be too judgmental of them for having emotions about a game they care about. I have gotten a lot of enjoyment from POE, but I cant help but feel irritated at the direction the game is going.

At one point, I wanted to level a character to 100(97 highest I've gotten to) but for some reason they deemed this grind should be far more punishing to the body and mind.

I enjoyed running specific shaped maps, because I could control what maps I ran, but they decided players should only shape maps they never want to see again.

I enjoyed killing a lot of monsters, but they removed monsters (the amount of empty screens often makes me press ESC and exit game mid way thru a map)

Things I want:
MAPS
MONSTERS
FUN

If you give us players these things, we might just stick around. But the SECOND I completed 40/40, I exited this game and I don't know if I will ever return.
Life will be technically better Soon TM
Agreed with all of the points addressed in the first post. Took me forever to find the last beast I needed to complete the bestiary. I didn't know what it looked like. Bought one on poe.trade just so I knew what I was looking for (was only 3c thankfully). Then I had to get a bunch of people to look for that specific beast and it wasn't even the hard-to-find-tiger.
