Best way to check prices of items for sell ?

I think poetrade is the besto option.
You can see how many items are selling and who is online, and you can offer the best price.

You can check on poe.trade. Or, if you have premium stash tab, you can do pricecheck using greed and demand. If you have some item, you think is good, but actually you have no clue about real price, list it for 1c on your premium stash. If after few minutes you are flooded with offers, then your item is definitely worth at least 2c. Then list it for 4 c and wait for results. Do it as long, as you are not flooded with offers. Then list item with the last "highest price" and wait for buyer :)

The simple answer noboby wants to hear: Play ALOT of builds. At first your pricing will suck and you'll get ripped off or overprice stuff. After you play a ton of builds, you quickly understand the value of items by knowing what builds might want them. Common builds will fetch super high prices where as uncommon builds (hipster) will sit in your stash forever unless not priced properly.

There is no magic answer to pricing things... you get a feel for it after a few leagues.
