⚫️Summary :

- This bow offers as much effective dps as a hypothetical 700 pdps Bow with T1 Crit, T1 Multi and T1 attack speed.
- Due to the shaper specific mod it allows us to constantly have power charges in any situation - no other bow can do this. If we consider that, the dps gap gets even bigger.
- The 20% chance to deal double damage destroys not only end game bosses but is also perfect for PVPers as it helps to deal with tanks.

Why is it different?It has average pdps!

-Well in this case the 40% added cold damage maintains the total dps damage.
-In sacrifice of normal attack speed that would affect pdps as well , the mod is replaced with another new hybrid shaped mod , increased atack speed ( lower tier than normal ) / 20 % chance to deal double damage ( which is translated into 20% more damage.Note that this aplies for mirage archer as well even if in a 6l in chest )

I can rarely notice the heavy double damage kicks , what am i doing wrong?

- Double damage is a mechanic that was inside the game for some time.But since it wasnt the most meta way to play the game , it went under the radar . But the mechanics behind it are not too complicated . Its just requires a bit more carefull build arround.
Meaning:
1) You need to be as close as crit capped
2) You need to be as close to accuracy capped
Both of these are realatively easy to achieve, since new elder chests and watchers eyes can provide like 3.3% base critical chance . So tag a rare quiver there and its quite easy.

Thats because double damage gets rolled last . Firt rolls if attacks is gona land / crit and then the DD.

TLDR : The more chances a char has to hit and crit, the more DD will apear and take advantage of Critical multi as well.

What is better, +1 arrow signal fire or a rare shaped +1 quiver?

- Now thats an easy question! Since , in order to compensate for the high pdps lost due to the 40% gained mod, a rare quiver , with crit chance , crit multi , attack speed , additional arrow , elemental damage with attacks , gain %of physical damage as extra cold or even accuracy ( depends what you need the most to get as close to accu/crit capped ) , would perform way better than a signal fire . And that is because signal scales better with the more pdps the bow has , so not realy suiting in Blood Wing .

Why does the bow have crafted crit? Isn't T1 crit better?

-Well obviously yes, but at the point where elder chest and watchers eyes with base crit crit cap you, T1 crit is 1.3% dps increase with only one of the mods mentioned above.

On the test above i was using a watchers eye w/o the base crit chance.With crit chance watcher + elder chest,dps diference comes down to 0.1% .

Overall , T1 crit chance is meaningless on this bow
