forum avatar frame

Hi, i was searching but with no proper resoult. So my question is how to set HERE on forum frame around my avatar i got few of them but find just way to set them around character portraits ingame.

You can't use the in-game frames for your forum avatar. The individual avatars (and their frames) on the forum were part of previous top-tier supporter packs like the closed beta diamond pack. Previously, custom avatars were also offered as top prizes in talent competitions. And if I remember correctly, you can also email Support (support@grindinggear.com) for a quote on having one designed.
