Probably its because you need warlords mark to refill your life and ele weakness on hit will take away your Warlords mark, taking away your leech of mana and life. You need to get another curse, dont know why dont use windscream boots, dont have life, but have gives you the boost to can use other curse

I have "Whispers of doom" which allow to have 2 curses. Also I have ring with "warlords mark on hit". But in the guide is written that ring is better than curse on hit + warlords mark. My question - do this apply to ele weakness too? And it is better to have it on hrimsorrow?
