Where do you find a Fenumal Plagued Archnid

Today i found it in Chimera map.

I've found both of my spirit beast portal mobs in promenade lol so I just run that :p

I have a suspicion they have a spawn limit for their level, so the birds the most common and the cats the rarest, i'd expect the spider to be like t8-9 or above.
