Only bad thing is your max res can't go over 80 using flasks/purity of ____/rotp/aegis etc...

It's not good, it's only worth using as a budget piece or versus chaos. If it negated penetration that'd be a different story, but you know..only physical damage is allowed to be 100% ignored in PvP because why the fuck not.

Penetration is a part of damage calculation, it doesn't change anything.
The fact maximum resistances are 'fixed' not affects pvp at all. It's a cheap persistent equivalent of purity of fire or ruby flask vs SR. Definitely a good chestpiece. Last edited by ThisIsABuff on Mar 11, 2018, 11:48:08 PM
