" Rise of the Phoenix, period. You don't need to worry about your other resistances, and giving up the chance to block attacks is a big let-down. You may be tanky in terms of armor/HP, but blocking--especially when you're in melee range--is a big factor in living or dying. You don't have enough block chance to really rely on it, it's just cannot compete with +4 max ele, which is enormous defence buff. Thanks for the time spent to put this guide together, it has been somewhat useful. Feedback on the guide - I find the banners hard to read, personally. I don't think red on white/blue is a good colour, the banners are too "busy" for text over them. Also - the Flask spoiler is hidden within belts and the Jewels spoiler is hidden within flasks. lmao you don't take equilibrium and overload. Awful RF build. Anyone looking at RF builds look somewhere else, this guy is missing half the damage. It would only cost 3 points or something.
