Fated Meginord's Vise

I hope they finalize fated Meginord's and release it, along with fated versions of most low-level uniques. As is, some uniques are simply useless with no buffed version; others weigh down characters that want to make use of their mechanics to the point where the build is just sub-par.

Bones of Ullr in particular should get a fated version with some more es and movespeed. Currently, it's one of very few options for summoners and has awful stats. I realize summoners/necromancers are doing pretty well at the moment, but I don't think giving them some more movespeed would really be gamebreaking; it would just make it less painful to level (if summoners need to be nerfed in some other respect, fine, but keeping their boot slot arbitrarily crappy is not a good way of doing it).
