You get to 50 rage in a boss fight?

Your herald of Ice curses the boss how exactly (assassin's mark is active in the PoB link)?
Where do the secondary explosions that apply curses come from, and do they reliably hit the boss?

Your CWDT frostbomb is up reliably whenever you need it?
