Gladiator is 300k pure shaper dps (single target dps, no gloomfang interaction when pounding on a single boss), Dead eye 500k. Both only if you kick out cold to fire and replace it with a cold penetration - mandatory for most single element builds to get reasonable damage delivered onto resistant bosses. Deadeye build is a bit light on defenses - even the gladiator is more on the glassy side, since no full block, mediocre armour and evasion let come much to individual evasion skill. Going more tank would kill the damage completely. Yeah the damage is not that much for bossing, unfortunately. Very hard to scale. And it's quite sad that GGG kinda added a skill gem and gave up on it instantly. There's a lot of potential here, but scaling shield damage outside of attack speed is very hard.
