Few men cast a longer shadow than the Great Meginord of the North

Asides from being reasonable belt options i love the fact it offers something of a choice, i started playing poe because of how many choices it offered but often find it really just is spell vs attack(melee or ranged), defense type and crit vs non-crit. after that most trees look quite a lot like because there are just certain best options.

This however expands options to how we use items beyond just what we use and that's kind of cool, perhaps most people wont use these because they provide only about a quarter the life of a rare belt but heck its far from unusable. really my only issue is the level difference between being able to equip it and when you can get it but lest its not the other way around.

Nice idea GGG hope you make more fated uniques in this style for things that already exist eg to pair with hrimburn there could be hrimspark to let cold damage shock.
