What are the OP builds for the new league?

Tec Strike Jugg is going to be the most reliable early-league labrunner, imo.

gc mines will continue to be by far the single best boss killer in the game.

as for best clearspeed, it'll be wanders with headhunter, as always. Nothing gets better coverage than KB.

Personally now that raider can get true perma onslaught, I'm trying a Slaughter/Chase bow raider going for the full 10 frenzy charges. 110% increased movespeed with no QotF or flasks up (double onslaught + 50% from darkray vectors + 20% from avatar of the slaughter). Gotta go fast~
