That's why i choose GGG
I just decide to take anothert part of my journey in PoE and to become a supporter, it was realy HUGE amount of money for me personally but i think they deserved it. In short words i apprieciate GGG work because in world where DLC can cost fortune, P2W is pain in the ass, subscriptions made you pay for time you didn't play GGG is one of few shining beacons on game market. So thanks GGG and keep going!
Ps. you should develop apart from leagues and races maybe third catcher to the game like remastered PvP in example. And great addon in store will be gender change i think. A lot of players will pay for it to play witcher for example. It really works in Bloodline Champions for example. Last bumped on Mar 2, 2018, 2:00:08 PM

Pay for gender change? In a video game??????

Gender choice is off the table. It would require millions of dollars. What's more, the artists hired to do it wouldn't have anything to do after they finished. It's simply not going to happen.
They're working on re-doing their character models, but don't expect them to make whole new ones. |

" It ... would? Can you break that down for me? Because I'm figuring like 1400-1500 lines of voiceover, commissioned art, and models. Unless I'm really underestimating VO rates, I don't see that coming out to millions. |

ha ha i just realize how political gender change can be in a game! Apart from it.. i think a lot of players like to play male witcher for example than female. The cos till be not that huge, especially when tricky editor can use some of old ones mixing them for new purpose of male witcher in example. I think shop income will cover it eazy.

I would love if GGG would offer male and females for each class. it is after all an aRPG...role playing game. I can't bring myself to play a female character so that means I don't get to enjoy three character classes. And vice versa for those that want to play the male roles but are females. I've never understood, other than it being a cost issue, why devs gender-lock classes. Black Desert Online is another example of infuriating gender-locked classes. So manyof their classes that I think would be fun to play are the female classes...so I just ended up uninstalling the game.
I'm holding out hope that GGG can commit the resources to end the gender-locked class thing by 4.0 #SoYoureTellingMeTheresAChance |

You know, instead of just gender-flipping the existing classes, they should make them more their own thing, while starting at the same position as the "patron" class, they get their own set of Ascendancies for them that have a bit different take on what the others are.
If you go through all the work, you can at least make it impact the game past petty cosmetics. "Into the Labyrinth!

" Where is this coming from? An indie game can cost like 200k to develop, an entire game! And here we are talking about mere 7 character models. Are these anecdotes told by ggg? Pay me millions of dollars, i will gladly create those 7 models and animate them. Millions of dollars... its more than many people in the world make in their entire life. Imagine an entire lifetime of work, how much content can be created. Dont you think that it is a little bit skewed? edit: Just for the record, it doesn't mean that i want genders in poe "The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing" - Edmund Burke Last edited by Toshis8#1464 on Mar 1, 2018, 1:43:10 AM
