That chest doesnt actually grant you cats stealth tho ? so to use that chest fully, we also have to use the corresponding item that grants cats stealth that is no doubt shite and makes this chest useless too

The text on this imsage was cut down in a way that has unintentionally caused some confusion. For clarity, Aspect of the Cat is the skill. It grants two buffs, Cat's Stealth, and a second buff we have not given details of yet.
Cat's Stealth has a duration of 4 seconds (the other buff has a longer duration), and grants the three stats listed here: increased critical strike chance, reduced enemy visiblity, and chance to avoid damage from hits. The details of the other buff granted by Aspect of the Cat have not been announced yet, and may be part of a future reveal. | |

If this item just grants full frenzy charges every 4 seconds, then Raider´s frenzy ascendancy seems a bit pointless.
