I'm making a righteous fire build right now, and I can tell you that none of those icons are the (current, at least) righteous fire icon.

If you open your character stat screen (where your str/dex/int is shown), it shows all of the skills you currently have from gems. Mouse over the icon and it'll tell you what it is.
