the question we all want answered

That question really shouldn't have ever been a question, it should be obvious that Facebreaker and Dory's couldn't be allowed to work with it. If they could, it would warp the entire balance of the skill to the point that it'd either be pitifully weak without them or grossly overpowered with them. Maybe both.

Im hoping that given theres only 1 of those mods in the game that Im aware of (?) and that the only value on the item is the lightning #-# we wont be seeing a legacy? It would be rather awful given how many doryanis fists are currently in play. Im guessing the wording will just be changed to grants #-# lightning damage to unarmed attacks which will effect all existing items?

Thanks for the clarification, Mark. It makes sense to change Doryani's Fist that way, even if I'm slightly disappointed. Heh, felt like such a Winning PoE moment. Oh well. Maybe someday we'll have some Thunderpuncher builds that can rise above the Facebreaker Overlords.

Hey, not to derail the thread or anything, but while we're on the topic of changing Dory's Fist, how about lowering the manacost on its Doryani's Touch skill? 28 base manacost is completely ludicrous considering it's effectively a reskinned icecrash (which has a base cost of 8)
