Can GGG do this action for me or reply at my email?

I have been waiting for weeks for GGG reply on my mail as they asked me a question initially on which Supporter Pack to upgrade to. I answered from Vagabond to Subjugator (without the shirt, in exchange for extra points). I bought all necessary points to let Support upgrade it -- so far no reply back, waiting for longer than a week for this.

I hope someone notices my post here instead.

How do I contact / let GGG notice my e-mail?
