After all the changes people still gravitate to "The same things". Now Kaom's Heart seems to be the staple for most builds.

People always will be gravitating to the most OP "thing". Hp, ES, mana with mom whichever is the best/easiest to get enough to stomp endgame.

" Correct. When the majority of the player base is searching for the most powerful build, the META reveals itself pretty quickly - often already before the patch launches. It's not a secret that GGG are doing this on purpose. Now life seems to be the path to go, if we disregard certain mods on certain Abyss jewels. Anyhow, ES had its prime; welcome to the era of life. The sad thing about Kaom's (and Belly, for that matter), is that they show us that life trumps mitigation in 8 out of 10 scenarios. Bring me some coffee and I'll bring you a smile. " To be fair, GGG is to blame for that. They over-nerfed es too hard to the point where you need to invest too much in order to be ''viable'' unless you play standard and have access to 700+ es chest and 900 es chests. |

" As I said; it's no secret that they (GGG) do this on purpose. I'm pretty sure they knew (and counted) on life being the "stronger side" when they nerfed ES. ES have been the stronger side for years, so a change is only natural. Bring me some coffee and I'll bring you a smile.
