Bring the Leaguestone back!

Was so much fun at the endgame to mix together the things you like....Zana mods with more damage and monster life! Now i dont play much of the mods because of the cost...it really takes the fun away!

I loved legacy league, sadly it also brought in the inevitable. You'll never have as much fun as you had there.

IDK about "never", but .. probably not for the next few leagues.

Sincere practical tip if you are not finding PoE all that much fun any more: take a break.

Edit: and, also, I basically +1 the OP. I thought leaguestones were a fun mechanic that, while I agree they were too OP to be put in the base game in their "current" form (not to mention their QoL issues), I do hope we see the mechanic again some day.

Legacy with stones was most fun league as I remember yeah.

I wouldn't mind if they were added back in as something you bought from zana for chaos, but them just dropping like in the league, no thanks that shit was a 1 off thing.

Seconded... That was (by far) the most fun league I've played in Poe, and I've done quite a few of them.

but I would make them quite rare

I would LOVE league stones back, with the following changes to implement in permanent leagues only (temporary leagues do not have league stones):

No white league stones drop, to decrease clutter and micro-management.

League Screen: 3 leagues can be selected at any given time (with level restrictions to unlock 2 and 3 simultaneous leagues, as per the league.)

Magic League stones drop.
NEW Rare League stones drop.
NEW Unique League stones drop.

Slotting a league stone now adds the league stone's modifications to the already actively selected league, as a sort of super-charger.

League screen now has at least 5 slots above each of the 3 active leagues that "drop" stones into the active slots as they run out of charges, to minimize micro-management.

League screen has on/off toggle for league stone usage, to prevent lost charges when traveling through zones that you don't want to spend charges on.

Fun and not cumbersome.
