It is time you removed Xsolla as a third party merchant for payments.

I would be "paranoid" as a bank when receiving god knows how many claims from my customers with unknown charges from Xsolla after using them once to purchase something online, wouldn't you?

any proof? did they charge you for something which you didn't purchase or want a fee that isn't in their ToS?

nope, xsolla (ggg's bank) and your bank are the main actors in this case and paypal ist just a payment provider in the middle who wants something of the cake.

Xsolla is literally not GGG's bank. Xsolla serves as a third party PCI compliant vendor to secure payment information. Which is ironic, because that is what they are lapsing in.

xsolla is ggg's contract partner now instead of "stripe", doesn't matter if ggg has other bank accounts at the bank of nz or similar as ggg only accepts transfers on xsolla now.

unless you only got a paypal account, they're third (fifth) party.

so, whatever ... do you have any proof that they're unable to provide secure payment options? did they have security breaches?

all i find is that they're somehow connected to russia (well, i would trust a russian bank more than an american bank) and they're too secure for some people (2 factor auth). and paypal doesn't work with it flawlessly (not wondering as they're direct competitors).

I think I need to say it again so you register. Xsolla isn't a bank, and GGG doesn't have "bank accounts" with them. They are a third party that holds and secures customer payment information as it is a requirement that GGG is unable to fulfill alone. Also known as PCI compliance.

So please, stop saying Xsolla is a bank or GGG has bank accounts with them. You are wrong, and insist on making that same statement repeatedly.

Personally? Did you read my post? I refused Xsolla pre-approval and now they block me from making any kind of payment to GGG. It is perfectly legal on my part not to give them that approval, so what kind of dodgy practice is this?

You need to be clear on a few things before you constantly jump to Xsolla's defence. You don't even know what you're saying.
