This does, in fact, proof nothing. It is just your statement that your brother has seen something, but nvm, let´s assume that is actually the truth.
Now the only thing we know is that somehow the gem disappeared. That rather indicates a bug and not a hack, BECAUSE who would want to steal a leap-slam gem? Who? I just posted in the last post on page 1 what my younger brother saw, this cant be a coincedence.
Also a program doesnt choose what to take from trade windows, it takes everything in bulk.
