Build Mechanics
This build is a none crit attacker that do shock almost all the time,
while using this chest: And proliferation gem on the clearing attack. This way, all the mobs that get attacked are shocked. When they die they explode, dealing over 100% of their life as damage. You get to over 100% if you get a lot of lightning damage, elemental damage and area damage, also, frenzy charges and elemental overload apply to the explosion damage and all global increased damage.

The main item as explained above under "Build Mechanics" - Best in slot, the damage, the elemental damage for the explosions, the leech (that apply to the explosions as well), also, if you don't have an elder gloves put your lightning strike on this item, for elemental proliferation is one of your links anyways. - Best for defense, this is an accobatics build. - The best rare belt, nothing to add. - The gloves need accuracy, and if you can get ones with additional accuracy socket is a good cheap choce. - Rings with life, resists and damage. - Amulet with life, resists and damage - Here you need the molten strike enchantment, life and resists After 8 days in the league, this is my gear, almost total end game:

1st to 3rdFlask: Instant life flask of unti freez, Wise oak - You better balance all resists for attack and defence, Stibnite flask of unti curse

Jewels
The two Wild fire are a must, and the Watcher's eye (elder new jewel) is a huge boost for damage and clear speed, you don't need the Physical to lightning gem and you can use the Chain for the Lightning strike and the Lightning penetration for the Moltes strike. Rare jewels need to have life, some resists if you need or you just balance for the Wise oak, also I suggest lightning damage and chance to shock if you can get some of these with increased life

Major: Soul of ARAKAALI with the soul of ARACHNOXIA (When your CWDT is being acctivated, you get 50% increased recovery for your leech) Recommended Minor: Soul of RYSLATHA (I do many labs so it's very helpful with vaal pack builds).

the required minimum level to start using Doryani's is 75, I strongly suggest that you start this build as a Sunder + molten strike till then, they switch to Lightning strike

https://pastebin.com/suvK9Wrj - Note that the multistrike gem calculation is bugged and that the chest gives me another 50% increased damage. Also, the damage is before shock, and with the right use of vaal breach you can shock bosses for 50%, so my shaper DPS is effectively about 2M (with the culling of 20% from the slayer)
