Shaper ones are really easy. Just farm guardian maps/shaper sets. Those are always under shaper influence.

For elder you need to farm maps that are under elder influence.

You do this by defeating shaper influenced areas next to elder influenced areas. After defeating the adjacent shaper area, elder will spread

I've been working to build out my elder influence. I got it out to the first t15 map over the weekend, so I'll be able to farm carcass for elder bases:

those gloves are really good for attack builds considering the power of those new jewels. 2% elem pen+life+res or full 4 mods flat or flat+pen.

this chest provides 37% global penetration for all ele types. not only for pve, for pvp it's a really a powerful chest too it seems(sick 3d too)
