Yes!! I have tried downloading several times and it seems to get to about 60% then tanks :(

I am also getting server issues since the new league.

I get lag spikes from my base ping of 17ms London Gateway up to 100ms-300ms or so intermittanly.

It seems to fix itself if I force load an instance so perhaps it is related to the "Instance latency" bug that has become near mythical?

Yo wtf! After update my stash is clear. No items on any tab o_O'

There seems to be a 'movement' problem for me. While using multistriked ability and right after trying to move it blinks instead of smooth movement. (Like few units away - like flickerstrike effect?)

And while molten striking in place it tends to 'teleport' me few units each few seconds. Even though i am pressing shift!

Something is deffinetly wrong.

Gaming experience is really poor because of that

@EDIT - it happens while maintaining 140+fps and latency is around 25 - no spikes here
