How expensive do you think the new op zerphi build will cost in 3.1? Could it be nerfed later? What do you think guys. just play blood seeker claw build. had a build from turmoil with 1.7mil shaper dps, and with with some changes it can still get over 1mil dps. Nope... too unreliable.. Level up or run out of flask charges on a boss=Fucked! Might however see it in some clearing builds for sure that i have no doubt. And again even on a clearing build.. level up=Fucked! There is a fine line between Consideration and Hesitation. The former is Wisdom, the latter is Fear. no, let me quote myself " it can be extremely powerful, yes. more so than instant leech. But. on most builds it will require active resource management. because it's a mana flask and it requires you to never be full on mana and always have it up. you can bypass the bm problem by using covenant, but it makes the mana needing to drain problem open. you can use expensive spells but then if your mana is depleted you can't cast spells anymore which goes against today's clearspeed meta where people want automate click set and forget I don't see it being super popular unless there is some subset of builds being able to circumvent the resource management portion. and unlike instant leech which could be slapped on any build dealing direct damage it will be a narrow set of build also, there is no Zana mod for perandus this league :p zerphis is a great example of what a good unique design is in poe. it can offer extreme power but tradeoff is needing to build your whole build around it and do some mucromanaging in a lot of cases.
