Actually, not at all:

1) We don't know how high the gem is leveled on the video (it may be lvl 10, for instance), and if it's truly "reduced" attack speed or "less" attack speed.
2) Even if it's a max level gem with less attack speed, you can see on the video the ghost attack twice when the player attack five time. It means, if the ghost deals exactly the same damage than the player (unlike CWC) it's at least a 40% multiplier (7 attacks instead of 5), better than most supports for ranged attacks (PPAC, for instance).
3) And it's not counting the fact the ghost will still attack while moving, which is a freaking HUGE damage boost.

Looks bit silly but I like gem mechanics and idea.

And BTW plz buff RAT, that support is very bad currently and not popular because absurd mana cost and weak dmg.

AND the Attack Speed is chunked as fuck, but people have the need to complain about something soooo bad that they have to misread everything so that it's complainable.
