Now that Lightning tendrils is getting a Rework, any info on Dom blow rework?
Bex said a dominating blow rework was on the way for 3.1 Any chance of getting some more info ? ZiggyD is the Labyrinth of streamers, some like it, some dont, but GGG will make sure to push it down ur throat to make you like it

I just hope the reach of the spell can be increased with any of the supports chain or aoe so that it does not leave mobs outside the aoe a few feet away killing you while you cast.

Lightning Tendrils is already very powerful, this is going to be an enormous buff to a skill that's simply underused and I can't be happier.
