You can upgrade whatever...

First of all I think ES points you have invested are mostly wasted bcos of you have (besides body) really low ES on the items.

You should get either good ES based hybrid stuff (hubris circlet and such) with high life roll or forget about ES and convert build into life/mom (with little extra ES).

You can buff your damage by a lot with a bit different tree. Why didn´t take all the jewel sockets near the path? You will get 3 extra sockets for just 4 passive skill points. You can have both Whispers of doom and the Corruption with a bit different pathing (so +1 extra curse and damage).

About equip:

Some things had been written so I should speak about smth else.

You would get rings with chaos damage (essence of envy based) and amulet with both spell damage and chaos damage (if you need cast speed it´s also possible to have it)
The rings with good rolls will be expensive but that´s another story.

The gloves would be corrupted with +1 skill but the best damage buff should be your missing jewels.
