[3.0] Permastun It All - Videomontage | T17 Shaper permastunned all phases

Hey all so with the new revamped acsendancies i messed arround a bit with the idea and came up with this

Every crit gives 101% chance to stun shaper and we get 59% crit.
Also going with champion we get 100% hit chance and we mitigate most of the abyssus side effect (39% total mitigation)

Any ideas/improvements?

can we have a 3.2 skill tree update plz ? :)
