How to kill THE BRITTLE EMPEROR !?

Yeah, so I had this boss today...
I am playing a Cyclone/Bleed Gladiator, lvl 82 at the time, with a 5-link Bronn's on, Cyclone/brutality/culling strike/faster attacks/fortify - around 15K sheet DPS First time I ran up on him, I got him down to about 80% life... then he healed. And we wailed on each other for about 10 minutes, he couldn't kill me, I couldn't kill him. I ran off a little distance, and switched Brutality for the Melee Physical Damage gem from my Ancestral Protector totem, thinking maybe the little bit of extra bleed damage and some elemental damage I had elsewhere on my gear would tip the scales... 5 minutes later, I've had him down to 80% twice, but can't maintain or do more... Ported to town, and thought some about it... decided to spend the 120 chromes to get 3-red sockets on my Bronn's, stacked in Brutality AND Melee Physical, got my sheet DPS up to around 22K, went back in and kicked his ass. feelsgoodman then he dropped Starkonja's ... feelsbetterman :D I am quite frequently not so miserable as it would be wise to be - T.H.
