[3.0] Doomfletch Pathfinder | 400%+ Movespeed | Best map clearer | Videos | Guardians down
" 1. I would say helm enchant first if u got the money, if u don't go for boots enchant, then after that jewels. 2. well price wise barrage is gonna be way more expensive, and IMO +2 secondary tornado shot is better, it'll give u a good amount of single target increase and a big trash mob clear speed. I also tried running with barrage and the damage isn't really that much better. Last edited by 5Six#3545 on Oct 6, 2017, 2:01:23 AM

Hey loving the look of the build, quick question is it possible to run this with 2x5L as i cant afford a 6l doomfletch or a 6l queen? If so what tier could it push to with those do you reckon? (Not going to be killing bosses at all)

" If you have good enough steel rings you can probably push to t12/13 if u dont kill bosses
Awesome build i must say and it inspired me to reroll my doomfletcher in STD.
In the current clear speed meta it doesnt make sense to use other chest than QotF. After playing a QotF ele wander in harbinger league i respecced my pathfinder on standard into this build. Previous i run a Doomfletcher with Kaoms Heart and Kingtsugi and it felt underwhelming and clunky in terms of clear speed. Here is my gear at lvl 92 pathfinder. As another variation i use ICE BITE in my 6L Tornado shot for Frenzy generation as it gives more safety than BLOOD RAGE. Here is my slightly modified tree at lvl 92 without Vaal Pact as i use Acuity Gloves for nice life regen. Bandit is Alira, as you need resists hard. https://www.pathofexile.com/fullscreen-passive-skill-tree/3.0.2/AAAABAIDAQBeBS0FtQguDPIPqxGBFHUVIBX9Fr8XlhmOGbQajSP2JP0mlSzpLYMuUzBxMHwx-jdMN9Q51DpCPs9DMUQNR35KfUt4TZJRR1VLVvpaGlsmYeJh62KsY6dlTWegbIxtbG9XcFJ07XXLdvd313gZelN67311fyt_gH_7gayGs4d2idOMNo19jX6NgY25jb-bJpuNnMSdqp63oJ-kwqXLqXmxfLIZtMW1SLcit7a9Nr3mvqfBoMLswzPD5sedyPDPetNv037UI9rB3UbdqOOf5Grl5udU53To1umY6mLtP-2D7g7vevFt9qP9bv66_xD_3g==?accountName=Monkeyface&characterName=Chief_Chop feel free to criticize and/or ask questions. " Here is what i think is wrong with your approach compared to mine, just my opinion: 1. you have all this expensive gear but your steel rings are just not good at all 2. So u seem to use fork to get AOE clear, which would be fine if u didn't give up on so many other things thats superior about drillneck. The only thing that good on rigwalds is that 40% proj damage when drillneck has 12% atk speed, 14-24 flat phys is just insanely good, 50% inc dmg is a nice bonus plus the 350 evasion for movespeed and finally 50 life which rigwald has none, so i see no reason to even consider rigwald a good choice. 3. You use abyssus, then to counter the damage taken, you end up using taste of hate and a life belt, which just isn't worth it, especially taste of hate. Generally people use taste of hate when they are almost 100% physical, and then taste of hate would be around a 1.3 multiplier to your damage (+ or - depending on % ele dmg and stuff). But taste of hate and Doomfletch is just so shit, so doomfletch already applies a 110% to each element, lets call it 330%, when you add ToH to the build the ice conversion becomes 140% (if u have legacy version), so the total ele conversion is 360%, so the damage multiplier at the end becomes 1.09 ish. So the flask will give u a 9% dmg increase when something like atziri's promise will give u so much more. Then you have to consider the difference between rats nest and abyssus. Yes the dmg from abyssus is amazing but is it really worth it to waste that flask slot for 9% damage, i would say no, since a different flask + rats nest will give u the same damage anyway plus movespeed on top of that. 4. Vessel of Vinktar over Dying Sun Same reason as above 30% more phys conversion will only get you 9% damage, plus the 10% inc will get you a total of 20% from the flask. Dying sun will give you 3 more projectiles (if u modify your tree), so from 6 to 9, which is pretty much a 50% damage increase (or at the very least 40%). Dying sun also makes aoe clear much more consistent. 5. Your skill tree Theres too much here i don't wanna write it all, maybe pm me in game if u want more reasons i guess. 6. From everything that you sacrificed above, you lost about 150% movespeed compared to my build So i imported your tree and items to POB and u had 258% movespeed while i had 410%. You had 145k damage, while i had 142k. This is all done with me upgrading your steel rings to max flat phys and max wed. 7. You use ice bite instead of chance to bleed This one is a no brainer. If u want frenzy generation and don't want to use blood rage, you can just get a green dream/nightmare. The damage from chance to bleed is above an abyssus which ice bite doesn't even come close to, this is the best fking gem for doomfletch by far. Please note that this is just me trying to say what could be improved in your build or at least something for you to think about. And feel free to shit on my ideas or build if u want, i promise i wont cry. :) Last edited by 5Six#3545 on Oct 12, 2017, 2:22:51 PM

Hi MetallicPie,
thank you so much for your great answers. I will try to follow your advice and replace my Steel Rings and switch to Drillneck and other Helmet. Also will optimize Flasks and get Dying sun. I just put the build together today with all the items i did have in my stash and did not buy items. I was very impressed already with the 258% movespeed as you said. I maybe ask you again for feedback, as the build is just awesome for speed clearing. Thanks |

Thanks for the build.
But dude your tree is wrong! Lioneye's Fall can't reach the claw nodes! |

" thanks for the heads up, for some reason i had the wrong nodes on the tree, just changed all of em
" You rock! The tree is perfect now. |

5L gives me 4.500 tooltip DPS
With the addition of elemental damage with attacks level 20 quality 18% the tooltip is 4.600 (6L) why almost no difference? it doesn't show in dps tooltip but it does in gameplay? thanks in advance |
