Its a shit drop chance plain and simple, just like exalts i've only found one of those some people get lucky some people don't there isn't really anything you can do about it it just feels real bad if you notice and/or care.

It is however important to distinguish that its in the your not really that unlucky to not see them category.

Agreed , they're too rare imho, found only 1 with my lv93 Jugger that has done around 400 maps. GGG could increase their droprate a bit, atm they feel at divine level (which is rarer than ex), maybe go to gcp-ex level...

Or do as Shag suggested, make 3-4 of them available thru Zana levelling.

2 DV and 1 ex so far. They are rare, but you'll need just two dozens of them ever.

Yep. Just add them to Zana's list of items to sell. Make them about 1c.

YES! Zana or even Sin should sell them. The drop rate is atrocious. I have no idea how the ssf peeps are doing it.

I'd like to get the challenge without having to buy DV, but it looks unlikely.

You mean achievement. There is no challenge, surprisingly and luckily for SSF. They would be hosed. I just bought 7 of the buggers the other day for achievement. Challenge would be way too easy for all the non SSF.
