No, he isn't a bit overpowered.
He is merely a rogue exile whose strengths you are weak to, making him dangerous rather than a joke, and there's always somebody who fits that label if you aren't using either a tanky or an very high damage build. Which rogue exile qualifies for the label of dangerous depends on your build. |

Yes he's overpowered, anyone saying otherwise is lying. Compare the damage output of his ED against that of the Perandus bosses that use it.

Throw one up in front of him and he will continue EDing into it. "Dead DPS is 0 DPS"
