WTB That Butterflies effect ASAP!
In order to get rid of clearspeed meta cap global movement speed at 100% but make all skills instant so everything feels great.

Some sort of butterfly-themed sword or skill (MTX on an existing skill, probably) would be a lot of fun and could be tastefully and consistently done within the confines of PoE aesthetics.
I find wing MTXs extremely boring (jmho), so I'm not talking about that. That horribly written and voice-acted butterfly character in D3 may have killed the theme for a while, but there's no reason you can't do something better! Wash your hands, Exile!
