One shot killed?

Damn, honestly with these kind of stats its actually pretty impressive that you've made it that far. I have 3-4 times that dps with Rsolute Technique and the bosses still take quite a while to take down, congrats.

Update. After buying the unique vall blade and switching up a couple things my base dps for my wild strike attack is at 6.1k but it goes higher when I gain frenzy charges from the ice bite gem (plus my sulphur flask)

It's not really the regular enemies that give me trouble unless it's alot of them spamming spells. So far the most hassle I have had is from bosses. Especially the sewers boss and the lunaris Solaris boss really kicked my ass. I died 10 times or more before I killed them.
Max dps I got is 9.6k with 3 frenzy and sulphur flask

Oh and I managed to get my health up about 50 points higher XD

Well, you can have all the dmg, but the problem is your focus on ER, again your survival is completely dictated by the RNG's whims, with nothing else to help you survive. With 1.4k hp at this point even random mods could take you don't if you just happen not to dodge that hit, more hp isn't really a conviniece its a must.

True. I have been trying to find gear that increases my health without too much sacrifice to my other stats but it's difficult. I just attempted the second labrynth and got all the way to the last boss stage and ended up dying because I ran out of health charges. He wasn't killing me as quick as the main story bosses but his hits still bent me over pretty good.

Click your name at the top where it says you are logged in, then go to the privacy settings page, then uncheck the "hide characters" option, and click the update button. Do this and we can see your build and equipment, at which point we can give you advice tailored to your situation rather than wonder how the hell you managed to have the patience of playing with all the deaths implied by reaching chapter 9 with only 1.4k hp.

You can't have it all, you won't achieve decent hp with 7k er, as mentioned before you need layers of defense, I can't even remember all of mine, and you should really get as many Lab's done as you can depending on your build AC points can really help a lot.
Just FYI, for you or anyone else who has issues with Doedre in Act8, especially as an evasion character, the reason is that all her damage moves are spells and, as far as I can tell, will bypass your evasion, but they all do physical damage, and since you're not going to be running much armour if you're EV based, they're going to be doing basically full damage (and they hit like a truck too). Her teleport hits for ~1100-1600, the triple wand shot is ~700-1000 and the bubbles on the ground are ~500-800, so if she's powered up (depends on her form/colour) or if you've taken a bunch of red stacks (increases your damage taken), then yeah, she'll 1 shot you or close enough that pretty much anything will finish you off.

I remember absolutely facerolling my way through everything as a frostblade raider only to get brutally and repeatedly raped by Doedre because 2.2k hp, 17k evasion and a stibnite didn't mean shit to her. About the only thing you can do without regearing just for this fight is to make sure you keep fortify up and grab Granite + Basalt flasks and a stack of town portals. Pop a portal and fight next to it. Once you're down to a second or 2 left on your flasks (watch the timers in the top bar), portal out, come back in and use your grace period to open your inventory and make a new portal, then pop flasks, rinse and repeat. It's cheesemongering for sure, but that fight is just brutal for melee EV characters.

Ok, your primary problem, one that beats anything else by far, is that you have an atrocious skill tree that will either require many levelups to address by adding things you skipped in your attempt to walk all over the skill tree picking up the weak travel nodes, or a lot or orbs of regret to respec out of.

Of 81 skill points, you spend 29 on travel nodes (+10 primary stat, the weakest type of node in the game in general) in order to get to the farthest regions of Ranger and the heart of Templar.

The rest of your points you spend primarily on evasion (which will only help against attacks and does nothing against spells) and damage, picking up a grand total of 43% increased life along the way.

So as guessed the root reason is bad skill tree planning based on simply not being in possession of enough pertinent information when making choices the first time one tries. Most of us have been there. (I know I was - three years ago I abandoned my first character already at level 43 for that reason. I'd gone all out offense and had an easy time leveling... until I suddenly didn't any longer :D).

This is your current skill tree as far as I could see:
link to poeplanner

I'm honestly not sure exactly what you are attempting, so giving good advice here on exactly what to do is hard apart from "don't do that to an innocent skill tree", but one of the more obvious issues is that you are traversing from Shadow both above and below Scion. That's a LOT of wasted points, so I chose arbitrarily to cut the topmost route through the Witch area and some of your more questionable evasion picks and spent the points freed up on more life and on getting to the same Templar area by proceeding along the path you were treading below Scion.

And this is the result.

This is a quick hack and slash job, but if you look at what is gained from the 81 points in Poeplanner (the tool I link to), you can see what a difference it makes.

What I provide is not a good skill tree by any means (I probably ended up with less intelligence than you need unless you have some on gear, so a +30 int node might be needed) but it provides far more survivability than your current. If nothing else it adds +50 base life and takes your increased maximum life% from 43% to 112%.

In your position I'd be very tempted to start all over and apply lessons learned to your next build - perhaps even planning your build to roughly level 80 in a tool such as Poeplanner, remembering that long walks without picking up anything on the sides along the way should generally be avoided. (Until you are more familiar with build construction.)

If you are melee, aiming for 170-180% increased life by level 80 is not a bad idea. Some go for less, some for much more, but as a new player it is generally useful to err on the side of conservativism here. A dead character deals 0 dps.

Not absolutely true in Harbinger, there are way more basic orbs. I'd say use anything except chaos and higher orbs. Orbs of binding were really useful for me.

Eh, being a raider, she probably liked it anyway :p

Unless you are golemancer or CoD build.
And worst change is putting almost all bosses in new version of maps into fucking small areas, where you can't kite well or dodge stuff. What a terrible idiot invented that I want say to him: dude flick you, seriously flick you very much.
