Great to see people supporting it, lets keep discussing it and bring visibility, do you guys see any downsides?

Too much work for it to be an Offer system.

However, if the SELLER had to put his price on the items like a store and the first customer willing to pay that price was able to buy the item, that would work.

Otherwise you going to have many people offer and then not want the item when the seller finally gets back to them OR no longer have the currency offered by the time the seller gets back to them.

I disagree with you, selling with a price would be against the idea of a barter system (even if you dont like it, its core part of the game and wouldnt/wont change).
I suppose the number one thing I'll miss is the auction system, which is immensely useful. Sure, Auction House is an awful idea, but chat auctioning is actually really cool, and will very much help newer players who don't understand values well get off to a good start - for example, I was going to sell a wand that over 100% added spell damage for about a GCP before opting instead to chat auction it; it went for 4 and I probably could've gotten more if I had gone longer. I dunno how that would work with this in particular, especially if offers are hidden.
Luna's Blackguards - a guild of bronies - is now recruiting! If you're a fan of our favourite chromatic marshmallow equines, hit me up with an add or whisper, and I'll invite you!

You would get the same, several offers for your wand and you could choose the highest.
The only thing that changes is that YOU DONT HAVE TO SPAM TRADE CHAT LIKE ITS THE 90's.

You get all the same interaction, but intead of chats , its offers on an interface that you can see, filter, etc.
