I tried this.
It was awesome during leveling process when you rather prefer just running through content than stopping yourself and cast srs. Anyway - its weak in end-game.

First thing is this refreshing duration could trick you when 2 skulls kills stuff alone so other disapear, then you have to stand and recast it or you covering less area with only 2-3 skulls what is bad.

I find its much better to spamming 20 skulls (spell echo, vaal haste, haste, flesh offering give much castspeed) and let it spread through map and kill stuff than waiting for few skulls to fly from pack to pack. At lesat you know how long they will exist and when you should cast it again :)

In other hand, this item could be awesome if you're not playing srs mainly but you wanna add srs for some reason int your build. Anyway - for normal mapping as SRS, its bad. At least from my experience.

Exactly, in reality, it is a perfect leveling helmet because at the start there's issues keeping SRS sustained due to mana/duration/etc. This helm is great until gear starts to level out as the campaign comes to a close, especially as you get a Tab/6-link.

It is just not viable end-game. It takes away too much from what makes SRS 'good.' Not only the swarm of minions spreading out to seek and destroy, but the numbers don't add up either.

Hi, so i am 66 now, and if im running al 3 aura's i got 9 mana left.. what am i doing wrong? do i need more INT (for max mana??)

and if im popping lavianga's spirit i still cant use my SRS since i need 39 mana per cast for it.. please help
New player here, Could anyone explain how does the Immortal call works here? How is the build generating endurance charges?

you can't run 3 auras before you have all the reduced mana reserved and maximum mana nodes from the tree, dont run haste for leveling

Hey,

You don't generate endurance charges with this build, however we have increased duration gem linked and increased duration nodes in tree, giving us the nice added survivability with Immortal call.
Hi,

Been using your build for a few days now, still saving up for a belly and scourge.

I'm level 80 atm and doing great. I've got most of the t1-t5 maps unlocked and killed a lich in a t5 abyssal depths last night. This is with almost worthless gear, except for the Mark of the Red Covenant, Tabula Rasa, a Victario's Charity and a Severed in Sleep. I've got about 3k health, capped fire and my lightning and cold resists are below 40%. I will not mention the chaos resistance.
I know my life and resists need work :D. I still need to ascend Uber Lab (will probably need a carry for that cause life).


I'm clearing maps so fast, i dont have time to upgrade my gear :P


Leveling was done with a tabula and wanderlust at the start.
When i found an essence of fear, it was used on the first decent ring base i could find.
As soon as possible the mark of the red covenant was put on.
When i got the zombie threshold jewel, it went on the tree.
Wanderlust was replaced by Victorio's boots around l50.
The shield i found somewhere on the mud flats was replaced by Victorios shield when i reached necromantic aegis. Next time i will rush it so i can get it as soon as possible.
Around level 60 i noticed i was still using a 3l blue socket wand that was also picked up on the mud flats and grabbed a severed in sleep. Mainly cause of the price of scourge and really wanting to be able to shield charge. Goodbye flame dash.

My links at the moment are somewhat differnt than yours, but so far are working great.

Helm = Zombie - Stone Golem - Minion Life - Minion Damage.
Sword = Shield Charge - Fortify - Faster Attacks
Shield = Clarity, Orb of Storms, Descreate
Gloves = Cwdt - Immortal Call - Enfeelbe, Melee Physical.
Boots = Generosity - Hatred, Flesh Offering, Haste

and now for the weird stuff:

Chest = SRS - Minion Damage - Melee Splash - Summon Phantasm On Kill - Immolate - Additional Accuracy.


For some reason this setup works awesomely. Seven buff zombies to hide behind. Five really mean skulls that set everything on fire and ten phantasms that snipe stuff.


I cant sing the praises for the mark of the red covenant loud enough. Since any srs build is cramped for cast speed and mana regen in the beginning, it really helps. With MoM active, it helps prevent not be able to throw out enough dps, cause 5 casts is all you need. The damage is ramped up to full almost instantly.
With all the minion life on the trees, i'm keeping the zombies around as long as possible.

Hey,
Im pretty new to the game but using this build for some days now, but there is one problem and I hope someone could help me there. Some Gems really need a high amount of dex, like Vaal Haste, which I just cant afford right now. Im Lv23 right now and I only have 26 Dex. So I guess I need to get some gear with dex mod, but whats the best there? Ring? Amulet? And should I level up the Dex Gems?
