[3.0] CI Death Aura (Occultist)

I have a perfectly tuned life version made.
I have a lvl 91 from last league.
I'm 86 in Abyss.
I don't have the website knowledge needed to write a build for it, though.
Would you be interested in writing up a guide with my help?
I'd love to see other's comments on it.

Hi if anyone is still playing this build in 3.1 and on to newer leagues. The watchers eye that gives 40 percent inc recharge start combined with faster recharge rate on the tree gives you about 1 second cooldown on recharge at approx 5k es a second recharge. Also with new changes to despair curse effectiveness for this build is essentially a more multiplier which means going tri curse and investing in some curse effectiveness is a more multiplier to dps along with % damage reduction's if you use enfeeble and temp chains. Took d/o as far as i can just needed despair enchant for truly min maxed build.... Good build all around able to do all guardians and elder/shaper.
