Deadeye Tornado - 3.0

I followed the youtube video guide that people I see saying to NOT follow it.
Rebuilded my gear with gems you posted in yours.
I'm 90 Lv and 28k dmg? HOW.... tell me what I'm doing wrong :/
In the hideout just with summoned golem and Grace mine Tornado says 11,2k dmg and Barrage 4,3k.

Help me out please. (my profile and characters are public)

cool build not great tho. i dont suggest u do this as a beginner. way easier to do phys bow with stuff like hatred and herald of ash and added fire and wed. also deadeye just isnt good

I even downloaded the Path of Building, set up like my character would look when I waste Regrets to change from Deadeye to Raider and well like the Path of Building says for my Deadeye now "Skill DPS: 17,5k (effective DPS)" that for build I was thinking to buy (5L Windripper) and just a bit changes in passive tree (lookin on pro players) it says 7k :|

I guess it's not for me at all :/ or I don't know what to do to get better with dmg and so on.
