You may want to get a new belt.
Do you die too often or what exactly is the problem? If it's your survivability, switch to rat's nest or starkonja.
If you're lacking damage, get a +2 barrage helmet and better jewels.
I don't see anything significant.

Well the belt saves me from the str needed for kaoms
And the other thing is i die to bosses - 6300hp
I need to get the +2 barrage enchant for more Dps (30ex+)
I have wise oak balanced

why u not take forces of nature instead of winter spirit. Since we do massive ele dmg all type
isnt penentration op? why convert phys to cold ? since we all ele from our phys pool?
