Since the highest Beachhead Map is tier 15 (there are only 3 tiers for the Beachhead: 5, 10, 15) and the Harbinger Orb generates a "higher" tier map... using Harbinger Orbs on Tier 15 maps might only generate guardian maps...?

The ratio for the Beachhead generation seems like 1:5 to me... and works good with T11 maps.

On the other hand - I can't imagine you have farmed 50 Harbinger Orbs and don't know that...
