We need a glove with few or withour "Less spell Damage" The best Corruption is "elemental Weakness on hit" Flow Untethered This belt is OP for this build, it reduced all cooldown like immortal call or the cooldown of Mjolner (+ 1 Discharge per second) +1 Endurance Charge is strong but not mandatory Inya's Ephany Help the power charge generation and for the intelligence requirement We can use Penetration enchant (i farm it actually) Devoto's Devotion OP helm for this build. Dex for gem, attack speed for more Discharge and movement speed for speed clear. Safell's Frame Nice Shield for tankyness Other :

For the leveling, I use 2h melee with sunder. I take all Intel and strenght from the passive tree. With that you can start using mjolner at lvl 63-65

How did you manage your wise oak ?
All of my resistance is equal. For that you need jewel without 1 or 2 resist. In you rare ring you need to have 8% cold and lightning more than fire. How did you facetank without Vaal Pact and less than 5k5 life ? I have a lot of mitigation (84% fire, 83% cold and lightning, perma Immortal Call,fortify and 8 endurance Charge) For regen without Vaal Pact I use King's Guard (800 life per discharge). I personally make Beachhead T15 with 3k life and minotaur with 4k5 My Damage is low, your build is crap Did you have ring with cold damage and without any other damage for Elemental Equilibrium ? Did you have Grand spectrum and/or Enchant ? What is the level of your discharge ? Why Juggernaut and not berserker ? Because I want a tanky build whithout Vaal Pact for Lab. You can make berserker (I think he can have more damage) but the tree need to be rework. Video :

Just curious, why 40% increased damage on discharge over 30% chance to not consume for helm enchant?

" I'm not sure but i think with the high generation of power charge with boot and endurance charge with juggernaut 40% damage is better than chance to not consume. Need more math but this is my feeling |

Doesn't firestorm kind of screw with elemental equilibrium sometimes?
Seems great for charges but might not be worth it because of that. Though I'm not 100% sure on the mechanics of that, if the cold damage attack will always hit and then a discharge will follow before a firestorm tick will actually go through. Seems tricky though. Is this HC viable ? .... like for uber lab and say t11 maps max

I wait to buy another belt with endurance charge before doing t16 (i sold mine for buying a HH) " I think this build is ok for hardcore. I personnaly play softcore but i died 3 times from level 1 to 93 (f*ck you Shaper) |
