It just isn't the way to do it. You don't sit on forums bumping a thread every hour hoping to get what you want. That's how a request changes into a demand.
If you really wish to request something, send Support an e-mail with your (detailed) ideas and they'll pass it on to the team. I've done so quite a few times in the past and some things were added or changed.

It's also not true from the perspective that GGG did make significant improvements in 3.0 and explicitly stated that it was because of the feedback on this forum. Also, Xavathos ignores the name of the forum, Feedback and Suggestions. Which means GGG created this forum for what? For Xavathos to tell people not to give feedback and suggestions here and instead email them, perhaps? Hmm, I think it's more likely that feedback and suggestions are supposed to be here though?

Oh, my dear TD. What would I do without your smart mouth, drawing me in and you kicking me out? Got my head spinning, no kidding, I can't pin you down.
Honestly though, I was only making reference to the way he was communicating, bumping a thread on forums. Of course he's allowed to make suggestions, feedback is good. But so are hundreds of others that want their feedback to be seen. Sometimes, less is more, and a simple e-mail would have more chance to be read than a forum post, no matter how much you bump it. Especially here.
