Looks like your flask setup is pretty bad. Flasks are one of the most important parts of defense. Don't use a life flask if you are doing low life since it doesn't recover energy shield. Swap the unique sulphur to a magic sulphur with a defensive effect mod since you already have zealots oath passive. Atziris promise isn't really good for this build since we don't have physical or elemental damage and the leech isn't going to help much because damage is done in bursts instead of constant. Using a silver flask for cast and move speed can help with the slowness. Getting freeze and shock removal on flasks would be good. If you can't remove freeze you are going to be getting owned constantly. Get white flasks, use 4 baubler to get 20% quality then use alterations to roll good mods.

Also don't use empower unless it is lvl 3 or 4, and get gems to 20/20. I have almost the same gear as you and almost never die, just make sure your flasks are up all the time and you have the proper mods to get rid of freeze and shock.

How to use 3 auras with mana reservation and being able to use Essence Drain? Got 67 Mana left, ED needs 88. Mana stacking?
