Hmm, good point, barely a difference against bosses (All that matters really), and it's more damage vs shaper, and lets me run an additional utility flask. Plus it's slightly more whirling speed.
Not worth dropping a ring/boot for then.
Strange, you would think it would have more of an effect, even with boss curse effectiveness.
Yeah, Lyco would be the option, though accuracy shouldn't be too bad anyway. Maybe even lioneyes shield for the life. I'll have a play.

For clearing with BF i'll probably drop unbound ailments for in aoe. Unfortunately deadly ailments is the wrong colour as that's the better one to drop (Not reducing the hit damage is even better for clear). Unless I can white socket corrupt the chest!

Man, that's a lot of rng you have to go through for a body armour, a secondary armour seems safer to get xD

Trying this build out now, level 78 how much health do you have? the only problem I am noticing with this build is tankyness.

I had around 4-4.2k life at lv78, while currently sitting at 5001 life at lv90, most of it came from the levels. Getting life on the right side of the tree isn't really easy =\
To make up for it, we have some evasion, not the greatest, but it's something, Acrobatics, Arctic Armour, Temporal Chains and lastly good old Fortify. Then you can always pop up a Stibnite, Basalt and Vaal Grace, and face tank almost everything, just manually evade heavy hitting attacks xD

if the vile toxin on the embalmer is not used why not just use snakebite or is there a specific reason you're not?

great build btw currently leveling with this character!!

Pretty much what Carlovski said, and because I tried them before in a different build, and poison really takes a hit, especially at the start of a fight, if you don't have max frenzy charges up at all times, plus I don't like the reduced duration ^^ also because I had a warchief totem there, to use the vile toxins xD sometimes I still think it's better to use a warchief, since wither totem get blasted by everything most of the times, but that's probably my bad placement xP

Leveling isn't really comfortable I must admit =\ but it's more enjoyable once you hit lv60 with all the uniques =D

This is all of my gear right now for budget, what changes do you recommend?

I'd probably look for a new pair of gloves, with 69-70 life, and change the rings with 60-70 or more life. The gloves should be an easy replacement, as well as the Iron ring I feel, the Sapphire one can be a bit expensive to replace, due to intelligence. Something you might want to consider, is dropping Mana and Primal Spirit and use those points on 2x +30 int nodes, so you don't have to look for int on the rings and alleviate the costs. Don't forget to get Nullification for extra life and ele res ^^

One last thing, I think you spent extra points in the duelist area.
what do you look for in jewels

Probably something like, max life, chance to poison/inc poison duration, inc poison damage and inc chaos damage.
Finally managed to 6l a dendrobate. Mathil pushing the prices of the 5 links up helped!

Current gear

I've been slotting in inc aoe, and void manipulation for clearing (Void manip gives more up front damage) and swapping in deadly/unbound ailments for tanky bosses.
Uber lab was a breeze, even at 4.2k life. And super fast whirling (Its the fastest whirl speed I'd ever had, especially with all frenzies up) makes traps easy.
Will grab a few more level and life then take on some guardians.

Yeah, Uber Lab was extremely easy to do, except some parts with tricky traps. I only managed to defeat Minotaur without mods, not sure how much of an accomplishment that is, but it was pretty easy, then as I rolled damage mods he simply one shotting me with almost every attack xD have yet to try the other 3 guardians tho.
I wish you good luck with the guardians! ^^
would you recommend getting vaal pact to help with survivability?
I've got almost 1mil dps on PoB with a variation on this.

...why no Darkray Vectors?

I personally don't, since I want to run trials and uber lab, but outside of those, it can be a little useful, but not really since our initial hits don't do much damage.

I'd like to fit them in the build, especially with a +1 frenzy corruption =O but it becomes quite expensive to look for high life/res rolls on other gear.
