Halcyon is +(20-30) to Dexterity
(10-20)% increased Cold Damage
+(35-40)% to Cold Resistance
30% increased Freeze Duration on Enemies
10% chance to Freeze
60% increased Damage if you've Frozen an Enemy Recently
So not sure what youre talking about with crit.

That'd be fine if you were going crit, I'm going raider for the ele dmg and phasing/evasion due to the lower life, vaal pact, etc.
Feedback was to be about the build, not what class you think it should have been. Plus if I wanted to end up going charged dash/frost blades I could.

You only freeze when you crit. Sure there's the built-in freeze but it's not good enough to trigger the 60% inc. dmg consistently.

So, I did your build and its fun. But on your skill tree, how should i distribute my ascendancy points?, not seeing how u did that. Also where is the best place to but the cold steel jewel?
