To all who have this issue too, try act1 submerged passage -> triggered instantly for me

I've tried Flooded Depths below and 2/2 in last 30 mins.

+1 to flooded depths, triggered immediately

Popped in The Submerged Passage for me, whilst on my way to Flooded Depths. I flipped over about 20 or 30 corpses but stopped when it became apparent that I wasn't going to get much from them in a level 5 area. It's too bad we can't find a map where this triggers.
