PLEASE, Stash Tab Help [Solved]

Figured it out, thanks everyone.

I'm having the same problem as this guy, he says he solved but didn't explain how. Could someone enlighten me? Sometimes the Ctrl+wheel works and sometimes it doesn't. And just to be clear, it isn't the kind of ctrl+wheel two people talked about in the first page, when you have the cursor on top of tabs, its ctrl+wheel with the cursor anywhere and the tabs change so you can manage everything you're currently depositing.
