Saying no one does this just proves the ignorance that you hold towards a lot of the builds on this forum. I've seen streamers swap out gems, rings, ammys, and even body armor before a fight. Don't make a statement like that just because something does not fight your ideal image.

I obviously meant for random maps. For Guardians, Shaper, Breachlords, Uber Atziri sure, but who the hell swaps stuff for some yellow map boss

You claim you have killed the Guardians and Uber Atziri and you play T9 maps with 4k life and you wonder why you die?

If I'd got 1 cent for every time I saw such posts I'd be a millionaire by now.....

I face tanked this boss as a 6k life slayer. Some bosses blow for certain builds.

Ok, so first of all, I wasn`t complaining about dying. Because I`m great doin uber izaro runs and breachlords with 4k life. And even doing red maps. The only reason I die is because Harbingers summon a reflect rare out of nowhere, but that`s about it. Evasion is not as bad as people say it is as long as you also manually dodge stuff. And not sure if u noticed, but the evasion area of the tree doesn`t exactly have the same life nodes as armour side.

Anyway, this thread wasn`t about me dying in maps. It was about a single boss out of 120, that I considered to have an unfair mechanic And i was just looking for opinions, based on that boss.

First of all, I`m ranged, and ranged characters need less life in general. Ranged combined with eva dodge spell dodge ... only has problems getting 1shot, which in most situations is avoidable. That`s what this was all about. The fact that anything that could 1shot me was avoidable, yet this one took 4 portals to kill since you can`t walk around those traps.

And regarding some examples why i don`t need that much life. Atziri , except for the spear throw, she shouldn`t hit you with anything. And it doesn`t do much damage. Elemental Breachlords again, the painful hits u just move away. As for Izaro, first 2 fazes the only damage you should take is when he does the underground spikes thing.


So, I`m gonna try again. If anybody can keep the discussion about this boss, and not how their melee Belly of the Beast characters have so much life (which i don`t care). Go ahead. Also waiting for a Ranger and Shadow to tell me about their 7k life. Me being a ranger.
